Terms of Service

COMMISSIONS OPEN

I edit 3D Avatars and make custom assets focusing on VRChat.

When you commission me you will receive:

  • A customized 3D model; rigged and textured.

  • Unity Package

Terms:

  1. 50% of Estimate is due before work begins.

  2. Once you send the payment you agree to these terms.

  3. All payments are non-refundable. Except in the event of refusal/cancellation.

  4. Remaining balance is due before the files will be released to you.

  5. You may NOT re-distribute or sell/resell ANY PART of the finished 3D Model/Avatar. This includes textures!

  6. You must have purchased/have the rights to use ALL assets you wish to be used. (This will be an additional cost to you.)

I Reserve The Rights To:

  1. Post commission progress shots/videos to social media and Discord.

  2. Stream my progress and process on my Twitch.

  3. Refuse/cancel any commission for any reason.

I Will Do:

  • Add/Remove Items/Outfits.

  • Model Custom Items/Outfits from Scratch.

  • Optimize an Avatar for VRChat (Green/Good Rating).

I Will NOT:

  • Make an Avatar NSFW.

  • Work with ripped/stolen assets/models/materials/textures.

  • Work with assets/models/materials/textures that I do not have permission to use/work with.

Pricing:

  • General Avatar Work (No Building) - Starting at: $39 USD

  • Custom Assets - Starting at: $78 USD

Starting prices may not reflect the final price depending on the complexity of the commission.
